Project Goal

The project is to create a story and shoot a short film about self-love to make viewers think about the way they communicate with themselves and encourage the viewers to say something nice to themselves when they look in the mirror.

Subject Matter

The topic is about self-critique and self-love. Mirrors are an interesting because they reflect how people communicate with themselves. When we look in the mirror, what do we think? Do we often say something nice to ourselves or criticize ourselves. How we communicate with ourselves is important because it affects our self-esteem and happiness. We might not be able to change the objective environment, but we can decide how we communicate with our inner voice.
